What is Muay Thai?

Muay Thai is a traditional Thai martial art, also known as “The Art of Eight Limbs.” It uses punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, making it a complete workout for strength, conditioning, technique, and mental resilience.

Is Muay Thai suitable for beginners?

Yes, absolutely. Our classes are suitable for all levels. Beginners start with the fundamentals and gradually build technique, fitness, and confidence.

Can I book a trial class?

Yes, we offer a trial package via our website. You can sign up through the website or the Eversports app.

Do I need my own equipment for a Muay Thai trial class?

No. During a Muay Thai trial class, you can borrow boxing gloves from the gym, allowing you to try a session without any obligation.

If you become a member, you will need your own boxing gloves, shin guards, and Muay Thai shorts. Our coaches are happy to help you choose the right equipment.

Do I need to be in good shape to start?

No. You will build your fitness naturally through training. Everyone trains at their own pace.

How often can I train?

This depends on your membership. Many members train 2–4 times per week, but training more or less is also possible.

Can I start at any time?

Yes, you can start at any time. There are no fixed start dates.
