Everyone who joins starts at Step 1!
Step 1 – Muay Thai Fundamentals
Learn how to correctly use the 8 limbs with proper technique, distance, and timing. This class is designed for those who are new to Muay Thai and to our gym.
Step 2 – Fundamental Pads
Before moving on with pad work, we teach you how to properly hold pads for all Muay Thai techniques.
Step 3 – Muay Thai 4 All
As the name suggests, different levels train together in this class. The focus is on learning the correct basic techniques with a partner, and every session finishes with pad work.
Step 4 – Kicking Sparring (Tuesday)
Here you get closer to real fighting, but without having to worry about all the weapons of Muay Thai. You will train defense and offense, and learn how to outsmart your training partner.
Step 5 – Muay Thai Advanced
In this class, we go deeper into advanced Muay Thai techniques and pad work. The focus is on refining your skills, improving conditioning, and applying combinations at a higher level.
Step 6 – Sparring & Clinching (Thursday&Saturday)
Time to bring everything together and practice in sparring! Self-control and leaving the ego at the door are essential. Try to outscore your partner with technique and maintain control through solid defense.
